2025 年国际中文教师奖学金四周研修项目招生简章

1 项目信息 Program Information

1.1 举办时间 Time: 2025 年 7 月 14 日至 8 月 10 日，共计 4 周 July 14, 2025—August 10, 2025, 4 weeks in total

1.2 日程安排 Schedule 根据实际安排，日程可能会被调整 The schedule is subject to change according to the actual arrangements.

2 申请信息 How to Apply

2.1 申请资格 Requirements for Applicants：

持外国有效护照的非中国籍公民，无违法犯罪记录，身心健康，品学兼优；

Be a citizen of a country other than the PRC with a valid personal ordinary-type passport;have no criminal record; be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;

年龄 16-35 周岁（以 2025 年 9 月 1 日计），未满 18 周岁需提供监护人保证书；

Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2025. Applicants under 18 shall provide certifieddocuments of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China which can be downloadedfrom the website: https://apply.shu.edu.cn/application/index.  具有两年时间内有效的 HSK 成绩； Have a score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);

由推荐机构组团进行报名，并事先联系接收院校确定在华学习计划，提前报中心审批，每团10-15 人。

The program may be organized and applied for by a Recommending Institution with 10-15 participants per group. Before the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made in consultation with the Host Institution(s) and such plan shall be submitted to CLEC for review and approval.

申请者 2 月 20 日起，可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站 http://www.chinese.cn 的国际中文教师奖学金板块，在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。按照接受院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。

Online registration will be available from February 20th, 2025 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn) . Complete the enrollment according to the timein the admission notice.

2.2 申请截止日期 Application Deadline 2025 年 4 月 15 日 April 15,2025

2.3 申请材料 Application Materials（PDF or JPG form, etc.）护照个人信息页扫描件 Information Page of Passport 两年有效期内的 HSK 成绩报告扫描件 Scanning copy of valid Hsk Score Report 推荐机构负责人的推荐信 A Letter of Recommendation.

3 签证 Visa 学习签证，不接收 L 字旅游签证。 Study visas are accepted; L tourist visas are not accepted.

4 费用说明 Program Fees

4.1 奖学金 Scholarship 包含学费、意外伤害保险费、住宿费。 Award Details：Chinese Courses fee, accident insurance fee, accommodation fee 所有奖学金学生安排校内留学生宿舍楼住宿，具体房型按照实际房源情况安排。住宿期：2025.07.14—2025.08.09；提前入住或者延期退房者根据住宿情况按照具体房型标准付费。P.S:1. The free accommodation is provided from July 14, 2025 to August 9, 2025. 2. Early check-in or late check-out will be charged according to the specific room type standards based onthe accommodation situation.

4.2 自费项目 Self-funded 往返机票、餐费、生活费和其他个人开销。（请自行下载 Alipay,关联银行卡以便来华开销）Round-trip air tickets, living expenses and other personal expenses. ( Please download the Alipay in advanceand link a bank card for expense during your stay in China.) 

5 详细信息 Detailed Information

5.1 宿舍 Dormitory 校园内留学生宿舍楼双人间有 2 张单人床、独立卫生间、书桌、衣柜，空调，网络、热水等；单人间有 1 张单人床、独立卫生间、书桌、衣柜， 空调，网络、热水等。另外宿舍楼有公用厨房、公用洗衣房等。 On campus, the international student dormitory offers double rooms equipped with two single beds, a private bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning, internet access, and hot water. Single rooms arefurnished with one single bed, a private bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning, internet access, and hot water as well. Additionally, the dormitory building features shared facilities such as a communal kitchen and laundry room.
