Dr. Zhou Qianwen is an Associate Professor at the Film School of Shanghai University, where she serves as both an undergraduate and master supervisor. With a robust academic background, she holds a Doctor of Arts from Fudan University, specializing in Film and Theatre Studies. Dr. Zhou's professional journey includes roles such as the Chinese Director at the Confucius Institute at the University of Bahrain (2020-2023) and a long-standing position as a lecturer at Shanghai University's Digital Art School (2006-2019). She has also been a visiting scholar at prestigious institutions such as Tisch School of the Arts at New York University (2015-2016) and Monash University and University of Technology in Sydney, Australia (2018). Her academic expertise is further supported by her prior education, including a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the Shanghai Theatre Academy, with a focus on performance and playwriting.
