Talking about favorite stars in Chinese at Dining Table!

On November 17, we organized the second Chinese Dining Table event at students’ dining hall! At this time, we talked about our favorite stars. Many Turkish students eagerly showed their mobile phones to the teachers, sharing their admiration for Chinese actors like Andy Lau, Tony Leung Chiu-wai, and Stephen Chow. Some students also expressed interest in Chinese singers and bands, such as Cui Jian, Hei Bao, Tang Dynasty, and Gao Wu Ren, and they even mentioned the program "The Big Band." In a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, the second Chinese Dining Table event came to a successful conclusion. The students cherished the opportunity to communicate in Chinese, and even after more than an hour of conversation, they were still eager for more. They exchanged contact information with Ms. Gu, and upon learning that the Chinese Dining Table events would continue weekly, they expressed their excitement and commitment to attending the events every Friday at 12:15 PM at students’ dining hall of Boğaziçi University (North campus).
